Relaxation is essential for releasing stress and maintaining good health.
Slow mindful movements synchronised with the breath help to create a feeling of calm and balance. As you develop the ability to practise with an inner perspective, you become more able to acknowledge your experience in the present moment, thus increasing self-awareness.

Yoga with Patricia
I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga in the late 1980’s and then taught yoga in Taunton, Somerset.
Between 2008 and 2014 I lived and taught in Plymouth, before moving to Newquay. I will soon be offering classes in the Newquay area.
These will be small group classes, suitable for beginners and seniors.
