How can counselling help?

Counselling is a space where you can talk confidentially, helping you make sense of what is happening in your life as well as offering you support through difficult times. The aim of counselling is to provide an opportunity for you to work towards living in a more satisfying and resourceful way.

The counselling sessions

In the session you have the opportunity to talk about your circumstances thoughts and feelings. As your self-awareness and understanding of your experience grows, new perspectives and possibilities often emerge. Counselling offers you a secure and confidential environment to  explore issues, increase confidence and create positive change.
